How To Order


Ordering by phone

We are available for phone calls 7 days a week, anytime. Our toll free number for basic information and/or ordering is 800-217-3783. For lengthier calls, i.e., advice, design consultation, assistance with selecting items, etc., please call 805-967-9802.

We are in California. If you get voicemail, please leave your name and number and we will be happy to call you back no matter what state you are in. We return phone calls and emails usually within 2-4 hours. Usually.


Ordering Online

We now have our own secure shopping cart for making purchases online. You are also given the option of using PayPal. After you place your order, a confirmation/receipt of your order will be automatically emailed to the email address you provide. If I have any questions about your order, I will contact you via phone or email.

Shipping Timetable & Rates

Please know that we are committed to getting your order shipped out to you as soon as we possibly can. After you place an order, when your item(s) will ship varies depending on what you order. Most of the time, headpiece, jewelry and purse orders ship within 3-10 days. If we have the item here on hand, we will ship it sooner.

Please allow more time for veils. Most veils are made here on the premises as orders come in. Veils can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship depending on the complexity of the design. Please ask for an estimated shipping date at the time of your order if this is an issue.

For items in Tiaras & Headpieces, Wedding Veils, Jewelry & Hairpins, Gloves, Purses, shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for $8.95. After the item(s) ship, delivery takes 2-3 days. Express shipping is $28.00. These rates are for the entire order regardless of how many items are ordered.

For flower girl dresses, non-rush shipping is $20.00 per dress. For items in the Guestbooks section, shipping fee is based on total weight - please email me for approximate shipping fee.

Insurance is available for $2.25. In the event your item is lost or damaged in transit, and is not insured, we cannot bear the cost of replacing the it. Having said that, we have never, in seven years, lost an order.

A delivery confirmation is added to every order shipped and enables us to verify when and where your item was delivered.


Rush Shipping

If you need your order in a week or less, there may be an in-house rush fee of $15.00 over and above the shipping fee. If we have the item you want here on hand, there is no in-house rush fee.


International Shipping

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, and have shipped to over 20 different countries. Standard shipping is $22.00 which may take 2 weeks for delivery and does NOT include a tracking number. Express shipping is $35.00 and takes 3-5 days from date of shipping and includes a tracking number.


Return Policy

For headpieces, hairpins, jewelry, purses, and gloves, a return for a refund or exchange is allowed, unless stated otherwise in the item listing.

If you order an identical item in quantities of two or more, these items will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. For example, if you order 3 or more identical necklace sets, or 3 or more pairs of identical gloves, they will not be eligible for exchange or return.

We need to be notified by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the item(s) if you plan to return. When you order two or more headpieces to preview, you must keep at least one of the items. The others can be returned for a refund.

For veils, returns are handled differently. Please read carefully. 1.)  Non-embellished bridal illusion veils with plain or pencil edges are returnable for an exchange or refund provided you let us know within 7 days of receiving the veil. You must get a verbal or emailed return authorization before shipping the item(s) back.  2.)  All other, non-customized, veils are returnable for exchange only. Request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.

Returns of most highly customized items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please ask at time of order if you are not sure.

A return will not be authorized or accepted if your wedding has already occurred. This is especially true if your wedding has already occurred and the package has been opened.


Cancellations

Cancellations of headpiece, jewelry, purse, or glove orders are accepted provided the item(s) have not already shipped. This is also true of plain veils, which are those veils with plain cut edges or pencil edges and without any embroidery or beadwork or other embellishment.

Cancellations of embroidered and/or beaded veils are allowed, but a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the veil will be imposed if the cancellation occurs 2 weeks or less before the wedding. This is necessary because most of the embellished veils we offer are made by us and involve a great deal of our time and labor. In most cases, these embellished veils are made for the customer as orders come in. In addition, when we receive an order for one of these veils, the embroidery and/or hand beading process is begun immediately. Cancelling your order at the last minute means that all work stops on your veil and any labor and materials already put into your veil has been wasted. Hence, the 50% fee is necessary to insure that we are paid for our labor and materials.


Thoughts & Suggestions

If you are looking for something that is not shown on the site, we are happy to email you a selection of pictures and/or direct you to our suppliers' websites so you can view the online catalog many of them have. Since we have literally thousands of items, it is greatly appreciated if you can be as descriptive and specific as possible when you email us with your request. For example, if you describe the item you are looking for as "a tiara with rhinestones and pearls," we will be at a loss as to which of the thousand pictures to send you! Please be specific as to size, height, style, decor. A picture, or even a drawing, is the best way to communicate what you're looking for.
