Beneath the scalloped top edge are fan-shaped clusters of crystal beads and rhinestones. Separating each fan-shaped cluster are baguette rhinestones in a vertical stacked setting. The design on this tiara extends to the very end of the bands. See last photo below. This tiara measures 1 1/4" tall and 5 1/4" in width measured across the front from side to side.
