There are 2 ways to order:

Order and pay online. You will have your choice of using your credit/debit card or PayPal. You will have your choice of standard shipping or express shipping. You will receive an automatic receipt sent to the email address you provide.
Order and pay by phone. Please call our phone number, 1-805-967-9802. You will talk to a real person. If you get our voicemail, please leave your name and phone number and we will call you back. If you are anywhere in the U.S., we will return your call.

Here's what you can expect to happen after you place your order: A few minutes after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was recorded by our website. When your order ships, you'll get another email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. When the delivery arrives at your door, you'll open your carefully packed shipment and begin enjoying your bridal accessories!
